From James in Ross-on-Wye. A medium-dark organic blend of Honduran and Brazilian beans (La Abuja, Fazenda Jacaranda, Maria Branca) gives a drink with big body and dark chocolate. The Honduras beans are from a collective providing careers for women in a country that has one of the lowest gender equality balances in the world.

Decaffeinated coffee from Wogan in Bristol, organic and and using a water process to remove the caffeine.

GUEST COFFEE
We always have a second choice of bean if you’d like to try a different flavour profile. Currently we have beans from Coaltown roasters is based in South Wales. It’s a nutty milk chocolate, biscuit flavour with a natural sweetness. Fazenda de Mata, Finca Serbia and Roberto Ortiz beans from Brazil, El Salvador, and Costa Rica.

Our milk(s)

DAIRY: Winner of three Great Taste awards, Jess’s Ladies supplies us with organic milk from their farm just a few miles away in Hardwicke. To stay as natural as possible the milk is not homogenised, meaning it does not go through a mechanical process to break up the fat molecules. It is typically higher in Omega 3 than many supermarket milks.

PLANT-BASED: Almond, coconut, organic oat, and organic soy is available.
